Kingdom Tower

In a previous post we learned about the tallest buildind in the world. Burj Khalifa in Dubai. Well Burj Khalifa will be the tallest until 2018. A new project called "Kingdom Tower" already started in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Kingdom Tower will be the world’s tallest skyscraper with a height of 1,007 meter. It will be the first building to reach the height of 1 kilometer.

The Kingdom Tower will provide 56 elevators that can travel at speeds of over 10 meters per second.
