In some previous posts i was talking you about some of the most famous bridges in the world. In today's post i also want to talk about a bridge very differend from the others.

The Tridge Bridge located in Mindland, Michigan.

It is mainly a footbridge but bicycles, skateboards, and in-line skates are also allowed on the bridge.

The bridge was constructed in 1981 at the instigation of the Midland Area Community Foundation. The bridge cost $732,000 to build, and took 6,400 hours of labor.

The Tridge, located beside the Midland farmers market, has become an icon of the city, and is the most famous landmark of the downtown area. Each year, the Tridge mimics the Mackinac Bridge to the north, in hosting a "Labor Day walk".

Find more details and photos in my photo gallery , feel free to contact me for more informations and if you are looking for the best way to visit this differend bridge just answer 5 simple questions in my secret session fill in the form and prepare your luggages.
